Dedication

To my mother...RIP Frances Dawn Wimmer April 17, 1945 to September 3, 2012...my mother is the inspiration for my voice. I now understand she was ahead of her time by way of her desperate need to speak out. She came from a generation of keeping secrets, making deals with her father, her silence if he left her two little brothers alone. From the age of 6-12 my mother endured many acts of  violence believing she was protecting her brothers to finally catch him in the act, she's been speaking out every since. There were a total of 9, her two little brothers didn't live to tell, she is the only one who is willing to tell her story. She lived a life in survivors guilt because she couldn't protect her two brothers as a result they both have a place here on this blog. David lived to the age of 33, he left behind 5 children I'd like to think maybe someday I will find. Charles lost his battle young,19 he left nothing, without my mothers voice he would have no place here. As for the rest of my mothers siblings, there are only two.left, an older brother she claims might talk to me, and a sister who won't talk. But its ok I no longer need confirmation, her stories have been well tried to find there's no way she could be consistent 40 years of telling the same stories and be lying. I believe my mom!
Severe molestation by a family member, this is mans highest moral crime. We need a zero tolerance for this act, we need to all get involved speak up, speak out and defend our children.
I love and miss my mom, by all common law right she is in a better place. But her purpose is far from finished her story is already helping others through the power of my sober voice. Which is only possible because I listened to her drunken stories with a strong need for truth.
